I had the opportunity of working with Mike Cuttle from Jake’s Boathouse a few years ago and I’m convinced, he is truly a one-of-a-kind individual raising everyone’s game to a new level.

Mike could be a cruise director, wedding planner, fashion coordinator, marriage councilor, motivator, bookie and shrink all in one.

Mike can relate to each and every customer.  He is focused on their needs and wants.

The minute you walk in the door he wants you to have a good time, he expects you to have a good time.

He wants to make sure you are being looked after and if anything is required he’ll make sure you get it.

Mike is in charge and  you know it.  He conveys confidence to his staff and his customers on some molecular level telephathically linking to their subconscious.

He knows and understands their every need, whim and request before they even utter a single syllable.
