Who are you? Where are you?

You’re in a restaurant and you hear the phone ring, you also can’t help but notice the employee hollering at the top of their lungs to their co-worker Mike across the bar… “HEY MIKE, WHAT’S OUR FAX NUMBER?”

Every employee, especially new employees, needs you to help them out.  Put you contact information by every phone in your business.  This should include:  directions, fax number, phone number, email address, web site, mailing address, postal/zip code etc…

Don’t believe me?  Call any restaurant and ask them their fax number, web site or email address.  I can hear the staff member now as they holler across the room, “HEY MIKE…”

What message(s) are you unconsciously communicating to your customer?  They hear and see everything.
